About me – Giorgio Busoni
I was born in Pisa in 1987, I lived in Livorno my childhood.
I studied at Cecioni High School, and then I was student of Physics in Pisa University, where I got my Laurea Triennale (Bachelor of Science) IN 2009 and Laurea magistrale (Master of Science) in 2011.
I then moved to Trieste to pursue my PhD in High Energy Physics. My current research interests are about astro-particle physics, in particular Dark Matter Search (Direct Detection, Indirect Detection, Collider Search, Neutrinos from the Sun).
During my high-school I partecipated at Mathematical Olimpiads and Physics Olimpiads (including IPhO in 2006, Singapore), and since then I helped in the organization of the italian Mathematical and Physics Olimpiads. In particular, lately I have been focusing in the stage for the selection of the italian IPhO team.
In my free time, my hobbits are Informatics, Tennis, Motorbiking, Photography, and much more!
